This course instructs on the finer points of designing hydronic systems incorporating solar thermal collectors. It is intended for those who have a basic knowledge of SDHW and hydronic heating systems, but seek to understand the way to combine them together using the latest advancements in controls in order to optimize system performance.

New concepts such as hydraulic separation, latent storage, multi-load distribution, overheating prevention and Internet-accessible control systems are a few of the topics discussed. Filled with important formulas, procedures and concepts, this class, will elevate your knowledge of solar space heating technology.
